I emailed Sandy on the recommendation of a friend. The response I got was beyond anything I expected. Firstly my email was answered within an hour, which was not what I was counting on. This was followed up with a voice message which immediately had me feeling I was in good hands. By that evening I had the pleasure of sharing my situation with Sandy and getting supported to get clear with the people I needed to speak to.
