Costs We believe in offering assistance at sensible prices. We offer the following: Initial inquiries at no cost. Review and advice on your case for the low cost of $130 - by email or fax - ($150 if you require an in person meeting). You can use the meeting (up to one hour)/email time to discuss almost any legal issue. We will give you as much help as possible  and advise you on your rights, the options, and the merits of your case. Come and pick our brains! The meeting is confidential and without further obligation. This type of meeting (in person or by email) is also ideal for the review of employment agreements. A no win no fee type payment arrangement may be available for dismissed employees. Employment law fees will be agreed with you before proceeding. Examples of our other fees include: Formation of a New Zealand family trust - $990. This includes all usual paperwork including the trust deed, free wills for the settlors, memorandum of wishes, opening minutes (if required) and gifting document (if required at time of formation). Registration and formation of a New Zealand  company - $300. This includes company incorporation documents, opening company minutes, the company constitution and company registers. Our trust and company formations are tailored to your specific requirements and not simply computer generated.
